We will collect and store these personal informations when you place an order with us for participation at the 2018 IIHF Coaching Symposium:

Phone number
E-mail address (allowing us to send you your invoice and Symposium access ticket)

The data is stored in a database hosted on our server located in Kibæk, Denmark.

We accept orders from both individuals and companies on www.danmarksishockeyunion.dk.

2. Prices and payment

2.1. Prices

Prices on www.danmarksishockeyunion.dk are shown in both Danish Kroner and Euro. All prices are subject to change without notification by www.danmarksishockeyunion.dk. All prices include VAT. Payment is processed in Danish Kroner.

2.2. Payment

We accept VISA and Mastercard when processing payment for the Symposium Access fee and any accommodation you might have added. Payment is processed in Danish Kroner.

Depending on the card used for the transaction your payment may include a small fee; you can see the fee amount when completing the transaction. The payment will be processed when the order is confirmed and the access pass has been sent to you by email.

3. Delivery cost and time

www.danmarksishockeyunion.dk only sells access passes to the 2018 IIHF Coaching Symposium and accomodation related to the event. We do not offer any other (physical) items and no shipping cost or time is relevant for www.danmarksishockeyunion.dk.

As soon as your order is confirmed we will process payment and forward your access pass to the email you have specified.

4. Cancellations

4.1. Cancellation

Your order of symposium access pass and any accommodation you ordered with it is final after payment and no cancellations is accepted.
